I have always loved our trips to Europe in the Fall, especially our 5 Spectacular Days in the South of France, but with Covid this year, we chose a location a little closer to home.

Going on a Fall Foliage trip on the East Coast of the United States fit the bill. And North Carolina marked another tick on the bucket list.

With Covid-19, many of the states that my husband and I wanted to visit were off-limits.

We chose Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina and enjoyed the brilliant yellows, the stunning oranges, and outstanding pops of red along the way.

As we traveled through the national park, we listened to a tour by a company called GyPSy Guide. The guide was excellent, and Chris and I both highly recommend it.
